Ellie

Founder & Registered Nutritional Therapist

Ellie is a registered nutrition professional specialising in women's gut and hormonal health, helping clients better understand their bodies and support them with evidence-led nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Her approach is practical, clear, and focused on changes that feel realistic and supportive.

Background

Ellie holds a BSc in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine from the University of Worcester, awarded with Distinction.

She is an Associate Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition, and a BANT- and CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapist. Her postgraduate research explored menstrual conditions and how gut health may relate to menstrual wellbeing.

Alongside her work at Apricity Clinic, Ellie has supported individuals in both healthcare and industry settings, including health coaching within the NHS National Diabetes Prevention Programme, using behaviour-change approaches to support sustainable improvements.

Ellie's interests span women's health from menarche to menopause, including digestive health, menstrual wellbeing, metabolic balance, and the gut–hormone connection. Her work is also informed by her own experience of navigating digestive and menstrual symptoms, shaping a calm, compassionate style.
